Friends of the Slidell Library Fall Concert Series

Four East St. Tammany Branches Will Host Concerts

The Friends of the Slidell Library have generously funded a Fall Concert Series at four St. Tammany Parish Library branches:

  • Gal Holiday and the Honky Tonk Review will perform rockabilly at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 13, at the Lacombe Library, 28027 Hwy. 190. For information, call (985) 882-7858.
  • The Necessary Gentlemen will perform indie-folk at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, at the Pearl River Library, 64580 Hwy. 41. For information, call (985) 863-5518.
  • Vive La Quintet at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11, at the Slidell Library, 555 Robert Blvd. For information, call (985)646-6470.
  • Harpist Jessica Meltz at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25, at the South Slidell Library, 3901 Pontchartrain Dr. For information, call (985) 781-0099.

The Lacombe and Pearl River Library concerts will be outdoors. Please bring chairs or a blanket to enjoy the concerts.

In the case of inclement weather, the Lacombe Library concert will be held on September 20 and the Pearl River Library concert will be held on October 4.
